Material

Double jersey patterned

• Pique (100% cotton, 65 % cotton / 35 % polyeste)
  Course patterned knit fabric with a three-dimensional geometric pattern. The double jersey weave is supplemented with an underlying thread that ensures very little stretching in width. Products are suitable for printing and embroidery. Goods are manufactured in various weights (180 – 200 g/m2).
  Examples: Pique Polo, Pique V-neck, Golf Polo 200

Fabrics

The fabric is made of 2 and more sets of perpendicularly bound threads. The basic fabrics are cloth, denim and satin.

• Cloth ((100% combed cotton, 100% polyeste, 100% polyamid)
  Cloth fabric is made of a strong regularly repeating weave. It does not make a pattern. It is smooth and suitable for printing and embroidery. The threads of the weave can be reinforced and then this fabric is called Oxford and you can try out its attributes in our ladies blouses. Goods are manufactured from high quality combed or cut cotton, polyester, polyamid
  Examples: Hats, Bags, Ladies Blouse, Gents T-shirt

• Kepr (100% combed cotton, 65 % cotton / 35 % polyeste)
  Denim fabric features diagonal spacing that regularly repeats. The denim fabric is looser, warmer, softer, and more elastic than cloth. It is suitable for printing and embroidery. Goods and manufactured from high quality combed or cut cotton or from mixtures with polyester.
  Examples: Caps, Hats, Sunvisor

• Terry (100% combed cotton)
  Loop fabric made of quality cotton in greater weights (350 – 500 g/m2) that is absorbent and soft to the touch and has firm loops on both sides..
  Examples: Towel 450, Bath Towel 450, Bathrobe 430

Single jersey – examples

• Single Jersey (100% cotton, 95 % cotton / 5 % elastan)
  Fine course knit fabric with characteristic dendritic columns on the outside and arches on the reverse side. The weave features ductility, softness and easy unstitching. The thread utilized to make the fabric influences the consequent quality of the goods. Adler products are manufactured from high quality ring spun thread. The material is ideal for printing and embroidery. Goods are manufactured in various weights (150 – 200 g/m2).

Single jersey patterned

• Fillers (100% cotton, 95 % cotton / 5 % elastan, 65 % cotton / 35 % polyester, 100% polyester)
  Course knit fabric with characteristic dendritic columns on the outside and arches on the reverse side. The weave is supplemented with supplementary thread, which leads along the reverse side of the fabric. The supplementary thread increases absorption and the volume of the fabric and increases its strength. Filler fabrics with voluminous and soft thread are teaseled for greater insulation. Products are suitable for printing and embroidery. Goods are manufactured in various weights (250 – 300 g/m2).
  Examples: filler: Terry Jacket 320, teaseled filler: Sweatshirts

• Fleece (100% polyester)
  Course knit fabric with a characteristic dense teaseled soft surface with outstanding insulating attributes during all kinds of weather. It is able to transport sweat and prevent the penetration of wind. Products are suitable for embroidery. Goods are manufactured in various weights (230 – 400 g/ m2).
  Examples: Fleece Vest, Fleece Jacket
  

Double jersey smooth (interlock)

• Interlok (100% combed cotton)
  Interlock weave is made of two double jersey fabrics 1:1, which are positioned opposite each other. It features less duktility and greater fullness. The dense material means that is has a smooth surface that is ideal for printing and embroidery. This material combines comfort, quality and perfect utility attributes. Goods are manufactured in weights of 200 g/m2 and greater..
