A change of the legal form and name of the company

We are pleased to announce that since the 1st of May, 2009 the legal form and the name of ADLER Czech, s.r.o. has been changed into a joint-stock company.

The new name of our company is ADLER Czech, a. s.

The change in the legal form does not mean that the legal entity has ceased to exist, and assets (capital) have not been transferred to a legal successor, everything that has been changed is inner legal relations and the legal position of its partners.

There is no need for another legal acts or operations to ensure the validity of business obligation and business relations set between ADLER Czech, s.r.o. and its commercial partners regarding the change of a legal form into ADLER Czech, a.s.

All outstanding debts and obligations that have arisen during business activities have been automatically transferred to ADLER Czech, a.s

All important identification data and contact information also remain valid – the Identification Number (IČ), Tax Identification Number (DIČ), company’s registered office address, telephone numbers, regular mail and e-mail addresses, bank connections, etc

Please use the new name ADLER Czech, a. s. in all correspondences and business documents concerning our company. The company is registered in the Commercial Register, which is administered by the Regional Court in the town of Ústí nad Labem, section B, entry 2035

Complaints

I. Claim procedures

1.1. Claim procedures for goods and services offered by a trading company ADLER Czech, a.s.

1.2. The quality guarantee covers all products and services offered by Adler Czech a.s. Company.

1.3. Any claim may be put at the company’s office - address ADLER Czech, a.s., Nový Svět 199, 400 07 Ústí nad Labem. The goods may be returned personally or by various means.

1.4.  Obligatory part of the sales returns is completed claim form . The sales returns won´t be recognized without the completed form.

Complaint form to fill in electronic form can be found in the Customer Service section in the menu under the blurb Billing. The form can be reached by simply selecting complaints beside of the invoice from which you want to claim the goods. Blurb complaint in the same menu is used to monitor the status and history of realized complaints.

 

1.5. The claim is in effect of the receipt’s date of all claimed goods.

1.6. In case that the goods show visible production defects, the claim is acknowledged even in the case the goods have been already printed or embodied.

1.7. The Claim Department of ADLER Czech, a.s. will solve claims in the shortest possible time and they will inform the customer about the results of the claim procedure. The claim will be worked out within 30 days of the date of claim submission.

1.8. Compensatory damage is offered in the form of exchange of the goods for the new ones or by Credit Note.

II. Exchange of goods

2.1 ADLER Czech, a.s. company’s customer may exchange already purchased goods for other goods or return the goods without stating a reason within 30 days of receipt.

2.2. We will accept the goods, if they are in proper condition for further sale, if they are undamaged and unused. These goods must be on offer of ADLER Czech, a.s. company at the time of return.

2.3. The customer, in case of goods return, covers all transport and packaging costs of the goods, which may occur because of the matters regarding goods return.
